Standard shipping typically takes 3-8 business days for domestic orders and 7-30 business days for international orders after processing.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all our products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Our product designs are created by independent designers who may draw inspiration from various sources including anime series, TV shows, and other media. While we strive to respect intellectual property rights, some designs may inadvertently incorporate copyrighted elements. As a marketplace platform, we cannot always control or pre-screen all content created by our independent designers.

Copyright Infringement and DMCA Notices: If you are a rights holder and believe that any content on our site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please submit a formal takedown request to copyright@posterily.com with the following information:

• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Posterily is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the jurisdiction in which Posterily is established.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
