Returns & Refunds

Our hassle-free returns process ensures your satisfaction with every purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-sized or personalized posters
  • Digital downloads
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been hung or displayed

However, if any of these items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@posterily.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging if possible
  4. Include your RAN and order information with the return package
  5. Ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Refund Timeline:

  • Inspection period: 2-3 business days after receiving your return
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days after approval
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Other payment methods: May vary depending on the provider

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange for an item of different value:

  • For higher-priced items: We'll process a refund for the original item and you can place a new order for the desired item, paying the price difference
  • For lower-priced items: We'll process a refund for the original item and issue a refund for the price difference after you place a new order

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the item you wish to exchange for.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. In some cases, we may not require you to return the damaged item.
